Tips for new parenting managing sleepless nights.



Parenting is the raising of children and responsibilities and activities that are involved it. Protecting the child and ensuring their better state i.e.Mentally,Physically is very necessary as parent to take care on , especially at the age of teen.

There are different stages of parents and Childrens throughout life.
At the time of new born baby it seems difficult to manage sleep schedule for parents as it is the the struggling phase to take care of a child with providing all the essential things and cleaning of the child as well.

Here are some tips for managing sleepless nights as a new parent.

1) Grace yourself : Rest when you can, and make a positive plan schedule with your child.

2)Eat healthy diet : Healthy diet can help to build your immune system more stronger so that it will be easy for you to take care of your baby.

3)Ask for help : Ask for help from your families or friends to take care of baby overnight or sometime in a day,so that you can make time for yourself.

As time moves, children grow into teens and parents should make time for their child at that time also to let them know that their parents are with them especially mentally.
Nowadays,It might can be seen that very few Childrens are there to be free with their parents at the time of their adolescence age where negativity hits.
An environment should be made by parents for their child to come nd talk freely. Healthy talk with the child will help them alot and will encourage them to grab something or overcome their fears in life.

Here are some tips again as a parent to do things when their child is in teen/adolescence age :-

1)Communicate : Communication is a key role in any relationship,Talk to your child even when they can't talk back to you. A strong communication is very important in a parent - child relationship.

2)Understanding feelings : Validate your child's emotion by acknowledge how they feel.

3)Limit boundaries : A good discipline in a child's behaviour should be consistent.Set limits on unacceptable behaviour.

4)Be a role model : Children's learn from what you do than what you say. Show and teach them how to be kind and patient.

5)Have a positive mindset towards your child: Try to have positive communication when sitting or spending quality time with your child.

Childrens have always a deep connection and attachment with their parents, so parents should have the concern of a proper and balanced relations with a child.
